David Aziel Garcia is a proven advocate for individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligent acts of others. Mr. Garcia’s strong work-ethic and dedication to achieving maximum results for his clients is what drove him to open his own law practice in 2015.

Mr. Garcia was raised in the Pasadena/Deer Park suburbs of Houston, Texas and attended Deer Park High School where he excelled both academically and athletically. He went on to play football at Texas Lutheran University where he further developed his leadership skills. Mr. Garcia lettered four years as a free safety and achieved All-American honors in 2004 after leading the NCAA in interceptions. In 2006, Mr. Garcia received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from TLU. After college, Mr. Garcia attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2010.

Prior to opening his law practice in 2015, Mr. Garcia gained valuable personal injury law experience in his almost five years as an associate at another reputable firm in Houston, Texas. It was here that Mr. Garcia acquired the tools to successfully handle hundreds of personal injury cases to their conclusion, while vigorously advocating for, and protecting the rights of injured clients. Eventually, Mr. Garcia utilized his leadership skills to manage his own team of junior associates within the firm. The knowledge and experience gained, combined with the ability to successfully handle and mange a large case load, while simultaneously managing his own team is what provided the framework for DAG Law Firm, P.C.

Mr. Garcia treats all his clients as if they were family. He has handled cases all over the state and frequently travels from city to city to meet with his clients. He has successfully developed his team to effectively and efficiently communicate with injured clients to address all questions and concerns. To date, Mr. Garcia has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

In his spare time, Mr. Garcia loves to attend the sporting events of his favorite local sports teams. He enjoys travelling with his wife and stepson as well as with his parents and brothers. Mr. Garcia has shown a commitment to giving back to the community and church through his numerous sponsorships and scholarships. He plans on continuing to serve the community through his profession and philanthropy for many years to come.
